When most people would quit, Josh didn't. Not only did he not quit, he continued to bless comic fans like myself with absolutely stunning artwork. Showing all of us that despite his pain and frustration, he would continue to entertain fanboys and fangirls until he was no longer able.
From the pages of “Runes of Ragnon” to his beautiful sketch covers, Josh always managed to make me feel like a terrible artist. But with those pages grew my desire to better myself in my craft. And with Josh's story came my unwillingness to back down from any goal. For that, I will be forever indebted.
With that being said, I would like to show a shirt that we are selling with artwork Josh gave us in 2008. The artwork has been seen by only a handful of people since we received it. It is only fitting that we show the world this art on a Fall of the Sparrow shirt while getting his story out to inspire many more. 100% of the profits from this sale will go to Josh's family and his charity, Help for Heroes.
And to Josh, Godspeed sir. Thank you for being such an inspiration to myself and everyone that met you. I'll see you again buddy. Save me a seat at the bar.
